My story started at nine years old when I lost my big brother. I struggled with depression, anxiety, loss, sexual assault, bullying and more. In 2019, at 24 years old, I started my journey to fighting my mental health and discovering my self worth. I have used TikTok, my podcast, blog and voice to tell my story and share my journey. My goal is to help others understand and define their worth.
